Return & Refund Policy

We will gladly replace or refund the purchase price of our electric incense burner, should it prove defective or otherwise unsatisfactory. Return it to us at the address below and let us know if you would prefer a refund or replacement.  If you select replacement, we will also reimburse you for return shipping.

Incense and other perishable items are not returnable.
